The ambulance received an emergency call at 9:42 a.m. and the two medical teams sent could only pronounce them dead at the scene.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belgrade Waterfront press office refused to give any comments for Ma\u0161ina, and said that they will be issuing a press release during the day.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, in July, news broke that around <a href=\"https:\/\/insajder.net\/sr\/sajt\/tema\/11762\/Turski-dr\u017eavljani-dva-meseca-rade-bez-plata-za-podizvo\u0111a\u010da-na-Beogradu-na-vodi-(VIDEO).htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eighty Turkish citizens<\/a> have been illegally employed at Belgrade Waterfront construction site, and that they have not received any payments for two months.<\/p>\n<p>In just a few weeks, the total number of lost lives on Belgrade construction sites counts four people. Two weeks ago a construction worker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masina.rs\/?p=7247\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">got killed<\/a> at a\u00a0luxury apartment complex construction\u00a0site on the spot of the former Belgrade US Embassy, while just a few days ago another worker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blic.rs\/vesti\/drustvo\/crna-serija-na-gradjevinama-poslednji-poginuli-radnik-je-devet-godina-radila-na-crno\/87880lq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">succumbed<\/a> to the injuries after falling from the scaffold at a construction site in New Belgrade.
